  - Introduction to the One-Day Intensive, Being Indigo, and the Evolution of Humanity
  - Group Introduction
  - Personal and Group Intention Setting for the Day
   
• 12pm-12:15pm, Break
   
• 12:15-1:30pm, Session 2
  - Circlesinging with Cornflower, Holy Grail Sound Activation
  - Heart-Song Sing-Along with Elijah, Opening the Sacred Heart through Song
  - Sacred Heart Guided Meditation with Nikita, Meeting Your Awakened-Self
   
• 1:30-2:30pm, Lunch (Please supply your own lunch)
   
• 2:30pm-4pm, Session 3 - Wisdom Session
  (These topics will be addressed throughout the day)

  a) Living the Evolution
  b) Authentic Voice and Speaking Your Truth
  c) Sacred Body Movement, Merging the Form into the Formless
  d) Sound Healing
  e) Forming Conscious Community through Conscious Living
  f) Realization of Heaven Resonance in our world Now
   
• 4pm-4:15pm, Break
   
• 4:15-6pm Final Session 4 - Final Group Session
  - Discussion: How do we take this information and live this in ourselves, communities, and our world!
  - Conclusion: Live Music & Circlesinging Celebration of the Indigo Within You!
